By accessing and using PDF Clinic ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on PDF Clinic for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on PDF Clinic
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. File Processing

You retain all rights to files you upload and process through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Uploaded files are automatically deleted after processing (temporary files expire after 24 hours).

4. Subscription Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose including:

• Uploading malicious files or malware
• Processing copyrighted materials without permission
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service

6. Limitation of Liability

PDF Clinic shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
